Do you feel that you have a work/life balance?
Only 11% of women feel that they always have time for themselves
and can dedicate time to their own personal
wellbeing.1 So what about the rest of
us?
- Almost a third (31%) of women only have a few hours dedicated
to themselves each week and are usually too tired to do
much1
- Over 55s have more time dedicated to themselves to concentrate
on their own wellbeing whilst 30% of 16-24 year-olds, 27% of 25-34
year-olds and 28% of 35-44 year-olds do not feel as though they
have a work/life balance1

71% of them believing their job is affecting their health

health

- Nearly 1 in 3 (30%) women have neglected a vaginal health
problem due to lack of time – 11% waited for it to go away of its
own accord while 19% had to see a doctor in the
end1

Top tips to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul:
- Sign-up to an exercise or relaxation class
- Identify your stress triggers and avoid them
- Take proper breaks at work
- Eat regular meals rather than snacking on the go
- Get lots of fresh air
- Make time to see your friends
- Get plenty of sleep
- Pamper yourself
- And remember… Don’t neglect your own vaginal health and
wellbeing!
