"Despite leading more hectic lifestyles and
having less time dedicated to our personal wellbeing, women
shouldn’t be neglecting their vaginal health. As this website will
reveal, vaginal conditions are very common but are easily treated
and needn’t cause long-term physical and emotional
imbalance.”

Women’s intimate health: priority or passé?
- Is your vaginal health at the bottom of the list when it comes
to your health priorities?
- Which health area is most important to you on a daily
basis?
- In an average week, how much time do you spend thinking about
your vaginal health?
According to the ‘Regain Your Balance’ survey of over 1,000
women in the UK, more than half (57%) never think about their
vaginal health, and the majority of those that do (31%) only think
about it for up to 30 minutes a week. In fact, only 1 in 50 women
think about their vaginal health everyday!1
Only 5% of women put vaginal health at the top of their list of
everyday health priorities, well behind other areas such as their
heart, dental, skin and digestive health.1
